Wild Excerpts from an Early 20something in the District of Columbia.
I'm a new resident of the District of Columbia, working, learning, and forcing myself everyday to try something new. Grew up in Cleveland, moved to Arizona, and then moved again cross-country, it's a lot of change to deal with. I just try to focus on being who I am, and if people don't like it, tough. I am who I am and I love knowing every night when I fall sleep that I'm still me when I wake up in the morning. I'm happy being me, and that's enough.
Tomorrow is the day I ship myself off to the Europeans. I am ready to leave my jobs behind, relax, and go on Vacation. Milan, Italy awaits my arrival along with Mr. Benezra who has been roaming around Europe for a few weeks now. I can't say that I'm sad about leaving D.C. It's time for a break! Tomorrow is just around the corner and I'll have so much to talk about when I get back. I'm packed and ready to go.
